HARVEST – A FAMILY CELEBRATION
Harvest season is not simply work — it is tradition.
A time when the entire family returns to the village: children, parents, grandparents, neighbors and lifelong friends.
The olives are collected carefully by hand or with gentle mechanical methods that protect the fruit.
We never allow olives to sit on the ground or wait for days.
The harvest is taken to the mill the same day, preserving freshness and nutritional value.
